Intelligent Business Operations: SAP Process Orchestration 7.4 SPS 11 and SAP Operational Process Intelligence 1.0 SPS 09 - UNABLE TO LOGON

Dear colleagues,

I have deployed a solution on CAL as per subject. Instance seems now deployed (Status: Active). By some reason I cannot access BPM Frontend. I'm trying to connect from AWS (oe CAL - doesn't matter), through RDC. I enter login 'Administrator' and issued password. The system says 'Login attempt failed'. What is that? Could you help please...

    In the meantime I went to the second instance (SAP BPM) to check 'appliance*'logs.

    I have logged to the instance through ssh (Pytty)

    Found out something very veird:

    FAIL: Timeout

    error in /tmp/applianceagent/scripts/ Start database  failed with exit code 2

    error in /tmp/applianceagent/scripts/ FAILED 'Prepare and adjust database' (12) with exit code 0 at Tue Oct 20 10:46:56 UTC 2015 in 4720 sec. Check log file /var/log/appliancedeploy.log and /tmp/applianceagent_20151020-104645.tar.bz2 for errors.

    FAILED 'Appliance Agent' at Tue Oct 20 10:46:56 UTC 2015 in 4940 sec.

    Deployment of the instance overall seems incomplete... NW server is dead.

    I was able to access RDC, but unable to access NWA not through internal IP nor througn public one:

    http://<public IP>:50000/nwa

    http://<internal IP>:50000/nwa


    All three addresses give "The connection has timed out"...
