Payroll Log Error : Error When Computing Income tax Components

Dear Experts,

We have run payroll for an employee till 31st Aug 2015, after that as per Business need, performed Separation action on 21st Aug 2015.

Note : Employee has received 10 days salary excess (21st Aug to 31st Aug 2015).

Now (Today 20th Oct 2015) we are running Full and Final process, (System recovers Arrear of 10 days ) while run Regular payroll getting Error : "Error When Computing Income tax Components"

Below screen for your reference:

Payroll Log Error : "Error When Computing Income tax Components"

Infotype : 3 ( Payroll Status) : Accounted to : 31.08.2015

Infotype : 0000 (Action) : Separation Action : 21.08.2015

Payroll Log : WT /460 : Income Tax : 836.55 -

I appreciated if some one provide information to solve above issue.

Hi,

Run this payroll in simulation mode by tick marking "display log" and show the log of "INTAX" function in detail. Also show the input & output tables of "INTAX" function.

There is a PCR ZTAX prior to INTAX. Can you send a screenshot of the input, processing & output of this?

Share the ZTAX PCR details as well as Input, processing and output from payroll log.

Another thing that why retro is happening for this employee. Any specific reasons??
