Role assignment and role removal is not happening in single access request

Dear Experts,

I am trying to remove existing as well as assign new role to an existing user through change user request type.

As a part of this i have

assigned a new action "remove" into change user request type

Ran full sync job.

Actual activities.

1)I have one user id who is having XX role already assigned to his UMR which i want to remove and would assign new YY role to the user but i need to do it in a single request.

2)After clicking on existing user assignment i can see all roles assigned to the user including XX role.I just select and it is coming automatically with action "remove"

3)Now i am trying to submit the request and here i am getting the error.

"The composite role XX is not assigned to the user .Remove action can not be performed"

Please suggest me a solution.

Hello Aveek,

Check the role assignment validity for user in backend system.

Are you using CUA system?

Check the request with only Remove action if it working or not.

Provide GRC version and SP level details.

Are you using CUA system?No

Provide GRC version and SP level details.Grc 10.1 and Sp09

Is it some where related with BRFPlus?
