Restoring Deleted decision table

Hi Experts ,

I have a issue in front of me . A decision table , which is used in production, is deleted by someone.

I could not find any object with the Object ID of that table , however same is available in other systems.

In case I have old transport than also I don't have any idea that how to retrieve the same in BRFplus

Please guide me how to restore the deleted table.

Regards,

Khushbu

    Hi Khushbu,

did you check if the object was really physically deleted or just marked for deletion/ marked as obsolete? I ask because a physical deletion of an object is only possible if there is no more usage of the object in the system (which does not seem to be the case in your case, if I understood you correctly)

You can do that in your personalization settings ticking the options to show those two types of objects. Then you get access/see the objects in that status again and can restore them by setting the object status accordingly.

As an alternative you can also check if the decision table ID is available in the following DB tables where the decision table data is stored:

    FDT_EXPR_0000

    FDT_EXPR_0001

    FDT_EXPR_0010

    FDT_EXPR_0240

    FDT_EXPR_0241

    FDT_EXPR_0242

    FDT_EXPR_0244

    FDT_EXPR_0247

    FDT_EXPR_0248

    • Hi Khushbu,

I would go for the transport requests. The changes should have been recorded and you can checck with the tables I mentioned before and the UUID you have where this action was recorded an by whom (either via TA SE03 or via the DB tables E071/E070).
