Notification email to users when scheduled BO XI 3.1 report is failed

Hi All,

I am using BO XI3.1 application on my machine.As per my BO knowledge,I know that BO users will be receiving a notification email with successful message once the scheduled Webi report has ran successful from BO Infoview portal

But I would like to know if there is any alternative to send a notification email automatically to user(s) when a BO scheduled Webi report is failed from Infoview portal.

Please advise on this.

You can do that, but you have to schedule your report in BO CMC instead.

Go to CMC and find your report under "Folders". Right click and select schedule. You will have extra menus under schedule. You select "Notification". You will find a selection when job fails select that and do the required settings.

Note: If your job server destination settings are not done for e-mail, you have to do that first.
