Merged dimension error

Hi experts!

Recently I have started to face error saying: "Your session timed out. Close the java interface and log on again." after I filter table with merged dimension.

After getting that error i cant save document or anything else.

If i try to put filter on one of dimensions in merge everything works fine. Another strange thing is that on old reports I have filter on merged dimension and they are working fine (till i try to change something).

Any ideas how to fix this problem and do you think upgrade to new version would help?

I'm running WEBI at version 4.1 Support Pack 5 Patch

According to this sap note this issue is fixed in the BI 4.1 SP05 patch 08.
