POSC + LOSC

Hi

I have created a combination of POSC + LOSC as mentioned below :

Unload - GR-Zone - Decon - Bin Drop (LOSC - Internal Storage Type) - Final Putaway

This combination is working very well from Decon to Bindrop if i am creating Pick HU warehouse task wise, but if i am creating one Pick HU with two warehouse task material then system is not taking from Decon to Bindrop, system is directly going from Decon to Final Put Away.

Hi,

for sure you do not create a Pick HU, because a pick HU is for picking, but you are doing a putaway.

So you create the HU in the work center?

"but if i am creating one Pick HU with two warehouse task material"

how does this look like exactly? You have two materials going to two different bins in the HU? Yes, I guess in this case LOSC does not work. Because one material is without HU at the end.

Can you please suggest me solution for this process, can i create one internal storage type under activity area.

I can not give you a solution, because I have not understood your problem, or rather what exactly what you are doing, that's why I asked the question "how does this look like exactly".

My exact requirement is mentioned below :

Unloading - GR-Zone - Deconsolidation - Bin Drop - Final Putaway

We want to create one internal storage area where all Totes (Put Away HU) will come and binner will choose any putaway HU and take for binning.

At the time of Deconsolidation, Decon Guy can create one tote (Putaway HU) for two different task.

We were trying to use POSC + LOSC combination but LOSC as internal storage type is not allowing us to take totes from Decon to Bindrop if we have two task material in one tote, if we have one task material in one tote then POSC + LOSC combination is running well.

So, what is he solution? Do not allow the guy to create one HU with two different tasks in it. Because otherwise LOSC obviously does not work.
