Employee Resinged, Last Working Day is 11^th Oct… Housing Allowance is being calculated for full month, instead of 11 days.in End of service benefits .

Assign procesing class 10 with specification  any one of these 1,2,3 and then check.

Check the w/t's proc class 10; it needs to be other than zero.  Value 1 means it is reduced with partial payment factor (ppf) w/t /801; similarly other values 2 to 16 for w/t's /802 to /816.

The ppf w/t's are calculated in pcr XPPF and its sub pcr's.  This pcr is in payroll subschema XAL0 for example for Australia; check your payroll schema. 

PCR XVAL reduces the payment w/t's for example basic pay, based on their proc cl 10 value,

Also the split should not be removed in such w/t's.
