Duplicate entries in the variable for 0FISCPER

I have created a query and I have 0FISCPER as a viarable. The multiprovider integrates sales figures from 2 DSO's which have fiscal year viraints Z4 and K4 respectively. For the 0FISCPER variable when I enter into the F4 help I see that there are duplicate entries such as

007/2014 (June 2014)

007/2014 (July 2014)

These 2 entries are showing because one entry is from Z4 and the other one from K4 fiscal year variant. However, my user only want to see one of them as it is confusing the users. Is there a way to restrict them to only one per fiscal year/period. I have already tried the BADI restriction F4 help but that is not working. Please any advice would be very helpful.

    Hi,

query designer level you can resctrict only one fiscal year viraints Z4 or K4 respectively.

select the filter panel -> drag the fisical year varient -> restrict -> select Z4 or K4  as per your requirement.

    it will work.

    Thanks,

    Phani.

    Hi,

In query designer you can restrict fiscal year with a constant selection so that it wont show's two entries in the query output.

Before execution of the query it will automatically shows the values which are available in the provider while giving input.

So that you can handle it using Constant selection on Fiscal year in the query.

    Thanks,

    kishor

    • Hi,

for better soluations sit with functioal teaml why they want 0FISCPER both Z4 and K4.

are you working on dev or production system.

if it is dev system it was test system.

if it is production system compare with dev and production.

      Thanks,

      Phani.
