Whenever I try to assign icon to a button the popo=up window shows " No Group selected" in the middle without a chance to assign the icon.
Anyone knows what could be the issue?

please ensure that your system is updated with the notes mentioned in 2175479.
This seems to be an old bug which was fixed.
