Hi

An RFP is a "Request for Proposal" which typically starts long before you get into the nitty gritty of determining the RICEFW requirements.

Therefore you have to estimate what you think will be the RICEFW requirements based on what is supplied in the RFP request.

The rest of the content for the response the RFP requires business knowledge, functional knowledge of the solution to be supplied.

Under no circumstances should you be completing an RFP response without full guidance from your business team, they should have a template which you can work from as a guide and you should be having regular meetings with them to review and plan each stage of the response document.

Good Luck

Regards
