Re-modeling Toolbox

Hi All,

Based on the Using Loopback Processes documentation by Dinesh on the last second page that he mentioned :

"SAP Netweaver 2004s will contain the re-modeling toolbax, which will enable you to change an InfoCube (for example, adding, replacing or deleting characteristics or key figures)."

Did anyone of you know where/how can I install/find this re-modeling toolbox?? I'm currenty using BW 3.5
