HTTP 500 (InternalServerError) in SalesPriceList BO.

Hello there!

I'm trying to execute "QueryByGroupCode" query from "SalesPriceList" object but i'm facing the following error.

1) Access Repository Explorer.

2) Locate SalesPriceList in Business objects.

3) Expand SalesPriceList BO and locate "QueryByGroupCode".

4) Execute "QueryByGroupCode".

Error: HTTP 500 (InternalServerError) - Dump or unhandled exception in backend.

SDK is closed automatically.

How shoud I proceed in such cases?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Alexandre

AFAIK you need to add some filter parameters (at least a group code, possibly more) to the query.

Hi Ludger!

Thanks for the reply.

The error occurs when I click "Execute query" and then the SDK is closed automatically. The pop-up window where I can add filters is not shown.

Thanks!

Hmm.

This is new to me.

Maybe you do not have the newest studio build version?

For me, I need to set the group code to "PLALL1" and then the query executes ok (without I do get a HTTP 500 but the studio does not close).

Best regards,

Ludger

Hello Alexandre,

This is a special issue with this query of the SalesPriceList BO and the Repository Explorer.

The late is not capable to create a generic UI for the query parameters, whereas for this query of the SalesPriceList BO the GroupCode is mandatory.

Unfortunately the BO is creating a dump instead of a message ( I checked this in the backend)

Conclusion: You can not call the QueryByGroupCode and QueryByCategory of the SalesPriceList BO via the Repository Explorer.

Sorry for that,

My guess:

You use SAP C4C while I used SAP Business ByDesign and they apparently behave different.
