Solved: viewing the reports user has right to access

Hi,

I think in CMC user list, when I do right-click to a user I would like to see the reports he/she has right to see in properties tab.

Normally we can learn it two steps.

1. in folders section, we find the report and learn which user group access the report by using right click-user security.

2. then, control the user whether or not he/she is in the group. control the groups he/she is the member of.

this method is so tiring.

Is there any easier method to do this?

For this you can create security queries to see the users groups and there access.

BO CMC->Query results->Security queries
