Activate Selected and Dependent Org Units

Hey community,

Im trying to activate Org Units but there is a error:" Employee...has more than one position assignment per time frame. On the calendar (effective from) i don´t have any more selected org struture. Any help?

Hello Bruno ,

Ensure that there is NO overlap in an assignment of the employee in org unit i.e. If you terminate an employee from Org Unit then his/her service agents assignment to another org unit should start on date ,after the termination of employment.

When I see the tab Organizational Management I have 2 but i delete the left one (when I do edit only the right one appears). How i can remove Bruno Marques from ID 1101 without edit?

Hello Bruno,

I assume you are referring to "Edit Org Structures" ?.

If Yes, After clicking button 'Edit Org Structures' ,their is field name "Effective From" .

Can you please maintain date there (i.e. Date when Org ID:1101 was Valid) ->Then Click 'Go' button and check if it shows the ID '1101' ,allowing you to edit it.
