Hi Sumeet,
First point - Info Source doesn't store any data it is a virtual object which has structure of a physical storage object like DSO. it acts like a channel for data during data flows. Info Source is not used in BW 7X versions, it had great importance in BW 3.X versions based on direct loading to data targets.
Do one thing as you have already created an Infosource, use it as a Template to create a DSO- DataStore Object as shown in below picture. The other way is to create a DSO Directly using point 2 giving it a name and no template and then assigning Key and Data fields.
Once you create a DSO following above steps, create a transformation with Source as your Data Source and (This) DSO, then try creating your DTP it should work.
Note: Info Sources have its own importance under certain scenario's. In these kind of data flows Info Source is not required.
Usual Data Flow in 7.X versions
Data Source (PSA) -> DSO/Master Data Attributes/Texts/Hier's (via DTP) -> DSO/cube(further Data Targets based on your Architecture.)

AK

Hi Sumeet,
You have the option to create the DTP either right clicking on the Source or the target.
Since you are having above mentioned issue with the Target, make sure that you create the DTP by right clicking the target. Else select the DSO as the target and select the correct DSO in the F4 help.
Thanks
Vivek

Hi Sumeet
As per your first screenshot, your target is not a DSO. It is an infosource.
When you haven't created a DSO, it will give the error. No doubt in that
Please check the flow properly and create DTP accordingly.
