Dear all,
I'm facing an issue with EPMWorkStatus formula.
I'm running SAP BPC 10.1 NW, my EPM add-in version is 23, installed on Excel 2013.
Basically the formula works only with the first parameter ( 0 = Status ), but it retrieves an empty value for the other ones (1=User and 2=Time).
It is strange because I am able to see the Status (such as unlocked or approved) but, as soon as I change the parameter, I cannot see any results.
Have someone of you experienced the same issue? Would you suggest any solution?
Thank you so much for your feedback
Best regards
Andrea
Hello Andrea
Could be related to a missing record in UJW_STATCODE
See: 1862768 - EPMWorkStatus function displays wrong status
Thanks

Hello,
the first screenshot is this one:
As you can see the result of the formula = Under Approval. Under Approval is not the default work status
The second screenshot is this one:
As you can see the only difference is Parameter = 1, but the result of the formula is "".
Honestly I don't understand why..
thanks for your reply
Best regards
Francesco
Hi Andrea/Nico,
This is a program error in BPC.
Please refer to the SAP NOTE which suggests to apply note or upgrade the support package.
Thanks,
Varsha

If you have status "DEFAULT WORK STATE" then user and time will be blank...
But for non default status I am always able to see the user and time...

Vadim,
I have the issue as described as well. The EPMworkstatus shows the status, but not the user and the time. And this for combinations where we set/changed the workstatus.
In the underlying table, I can see the details (user/time), but I don't get them in the front-end.
Any clue ?
Regards
Nico
