Automatic lock out from EPM Add In


I am on BPC 10 NW, EPM 19 Patch 1.

I am experiencing being locked out when i try to log into EPM Add In. I am very sure it's not my fault, i.e. i did not enter the wrong password 3 times. And this problem is temporarily fixed by getting my colleague to unlock me via SU01.

And a few days later, the same problem happens.

The audit log attached is from SM20.

Any ideas?

    May be you are connecting to the web interface of BPC with some saved old password in the browser?

      Hi Vadim,

      Sorry for the confusion, i mean i cleared everything via Internet Option and everything in the %temp% folder.

      But maybe i missed out the "Password" part. I will try that again and see if the problem persists.
