Error when loading My Leave Request version 2

Hi Experts,

I am encountering this error when loading My Leave Request version 2 app.

Resource not found for the segment 'AdditionalFields'. I only encounter it though when I use Internet Explorer instead of Google Chrome. But my colleague, on the other hand, encounters this error when he is using IE instead of Chrome.

It pops out the moment I click on the My Leave Request Tile.

Hi Mary,

Based on your system level. You should check for notes on top of UIHR001 SP03 and GBX01HR SP03.

Also delete service and re-add the service in Gateway tcode : /N/IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE

Hi Mary;

Could you please clear the cache and try again. Clear it at the following places.

1.Go to the transaction SMICM. Goto -> HTTP plugin -> Server cache -> Invalidate Locally and Globally.

2. Transaction: /IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP on Gateway

3. Transaction: /IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP on Backend and Gateway

4. Run the report /UI2/CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE. Make sure there is no error in the table /UI2/CHIP_CHDR

Run the report /UI2/DELETE_CACHE_AFTER_IMP.

/UI2/DELETE_CACHE

5. Run the report /UI5/UPDATE_CACHEBUSTER.

6. Clear local browser cache

If the issue still persists, try to find out the detailed logs from the console of browser.

Thank you for your response.

I have done the instructions you mentioned in your reply but I still get the same error when using Internet Explorer. The two notes are not applicable to my system. I'll try and double check the logs to see what is triggering that error.
