Problem in Overtime Calculation in Negative TM

Dear Experts,

We are using infotype 2005 to record overtime data and we have more than 20 work schedules, each work schedule there is a policy.

I have done the required configuration and it’s working for some work schedules and not working for some work schedules.

System is generating Overtime Number 2 times in GWT function.

For Ex: I have maintained Overtime 16.30 to 17.30 in IT2005 and system should generate 1 hour in respective wage type but system is generating 2 rules (From Table V_T510S) in GWT function.

I have assigned same valuation classes for these 2 PWS in table V_551C_B, that’s why system is generating 2 times Overtime number in ZL table in GWT function.

Kindly let me know where can I differentiate Valuation classes in table V_551C_B.

NOTE: I have nearly 20 to 30 work schedules and PWS as well and in table V_551C_B table we can assign valuation classes from 1 to 9, that’s why I have assigned same valuation classes for multiple PWS in table V_551C_B.

Dear Venkat,

Now a days we are not using IT 2002 for overtime. we use IT 2002 only and sap recommended also this IT only.

if you are using IT 2005 no need to do config through table T510S to generate Time WT. Give OT from IT 2002

Thanks for the update !!!

I am handling Roll Out project and earlier they have done this with using IT2005 and table V_T510S as well.

My client also wanted this in existed process only and also they are not ready to maintain OT in IT2002(Attendances).

If you use IT 2005 to enter OT hrs, then make sure you do not configure V_T510S to generate the OT w/t's.

Usually OT will have proc type M; correspondingly GWT function in time schema will use this proc type.
