Based on stock check Multiple planned order creation (CTP) at sales order creation

Hello Everyone ,

When creating sales orders , checking ATP check , if stock available  then with that stock quantity planned order and scheduling line creation should happened manually.

Example:

Lets say if we are creating sales order with one item with 100 kg qty, in APO stock is available 40 KG qty , Now we should create  two Planned orders with 40 kg  qty and with remaining 60 kg qty one more planned order create.

Please suggest is there any BADI or user exits available for the above requirement  . Please let me know how to solve above requirement.

Hi Naveen,

Why would you create two planned orders? If you have stock of 40kg, system should create 60kg planned order i.e. for remaining quantity. Is it creating for remaining 60kg as of now in your system?

Or are you saying you need some safety stock buffer i.e. safety stock planning?
