Deactivating the DELETE function in attachment list

I have a requirement to put an authorization check on the 'DELETE' function when in the attachment list.

Meaning, if user is not authorized to delete, then he cannot detach an attachment.

What's the transaction?

Transaction is FB03, then click on 'Services for Object'.

You can attach files to the document.

What we want to deactivate, is the delete of the attached documents, based on an authority check.

Thank you, LP
