Maintenace Order Print Configuration

Hi all,

What all configurations require to be maintained when taking a print of the maintenance order using IW3D?
Where can the authorization checks be placed if we want to restrict only a certain users to take a print of, say, the Operations List, and a different user of the Confirmation List?

How can one specify the format (font, extra texts etc.) of the order printout that is to be printed?

Printing customizing settings can be defined in SPRO

-Plant Maintenance and Customer Service

--Maintenance and Service Processing

---Maintenance and Service Orders

----Print Control

Customizing transaction OID3 Application area P for printing setup for user.

Use transaction  IW3D or IW38 and print order.
