Document locked for material license but license is maintained

Hi All,

Sales Order is locked for material license in GTS even though material was under the no license required.

Getting the error " Could not find any import/export licences" ..Enclosed is the snapshot of error for reference.

I have checked the Legal Regulation & License Type and could see ECL99- No license required is maintained.

I have searched the forum and didn't find relevant to my issue.

I am new to GTS and need your expertise to solve this issue..

Hi Venkat,

If your product is  controlled then you should activate no control check during classification. This will allow the order processing without license.

If you are assigning the ECCN ( in your case its ECL99 - No Lic Req ) you need to have license for same.

In your screenshot you can see that the Lic determination strategy is also applied for same ECCN. NLR lic type has been picked up. You have to create a  new licence for ECL99. Or Check if you have existing lic which is expired.
