Hi there, Does anyone know, how can I add the operation description to the standard IW47 report?. Can someone please share the steps to do it?.

You need to check with your abaper. Using below exit you can do it
User exit: IWOC0004
Function Module Exit: EXIT_SAPLIREP1_001.
