Please suggest the standard or z report of the following:-

Reimbursement (Infotype 0589)

Eligibility & Claimed amount monthly & annual

New Pension Scheme (NPS)

Employee NPS contribution monthly & Annual

Employers NPS contribution monthly & Annual

Hi Rakesh;

Try the below standard reports, hope it will help you.

- Status for Claims Report (HINCREMS) - – To check the balance and the status of claims made by employees.

- Claims Carry Forward Balance report (HINCREMC) - To carry forward the unclaimed balances for a reimbursement wage type. You can run this report only once during validity period and it is advisable that you run it at the end of the validity period.

- Claims Balance Disbursement report (HINCREMT) - To disburse the balance at the end of the validity period.

Claims Balance upload program (HINUUPCF) - To upload employee Claim status/balance from a local database file into the SAP system.

Hi Rakesh,

This doesn't really say much about your requirement, but there are two ways to look at first in these cases, if you don't see a standard report in the Easy Access menu:

- if the data is in an infotype, use query or ad-hoc query. You may have to create a new infoset

- if it's in wagetypes in payroll results, use wagetype reporter.

Both tools are described elaborately in SCN, SAP help etc.

NOTE:

You may find the same data in payroll results as well as infotyoes. Consider carefully, which one you want. The infotype holds the planned/contractual figures. Payroll results the actuals. They may differ, if, e.g. a contribution is reduced due to unpaid absence. And obviously payroll results are only available for periods already run in payroll - not for the future
