PARK & POST restriction

Kindly suggest how to limit the user to park FI document via FV50, FV65, FV70, FV75  but the same user need to post from other tcodes FBV0 & MIRO.

I restricted the object “F_BKPF_BUK - Accounting Document: Authorization” with the activities 03 & 77 for the T-codes FV50, FV65, FV70, FV75. User is getting only the PARK access for all T-codes (includes FBV0 & MIRO).

If I give the activity 01, user is getting both PARK & POST access.

Please confirm how to restrict the same…

Hi Priya,

    Please have security create two roles and ask him/her to restrict and give access based on the requirement (FV50, FV65, FV70, FV75  but the same user need to post from other tcodes FBV0 & MIRO).

It doesn't work as the system will check across roles and will use the authorisation object used in the role for MIRO and still give post access.

Hi Priya,

objective of parking and posting is to ensure maker (USER1) and checker (USER2) concept. if you give posting access it will override parking i.e. he should be able to do both.

same user can have posting access to some accounts and parking access to some accounts these you may need to create authorization group one for posting and other for parking to restrict post and park access for certain transactions.

I tried by creating 2 authorization group by restricting one with PARK & the other with POST.

Whereas our business requirement seems to be fore few users they need to POST the documents directly whereas for the other T-codes the user need to post alone..
