Hi Experts ,

if return values for some country are as follows in ENTRY feature  .

JUPER X
REENT X

DATYP 01

then how entry date is selected  in MSS for employees of that country ??

Hi

depends on witch function module and/or coding is used in MSS. If it uses HR_ENTRY_DATES i think then the datetype from inoftype 0041 is used,

The relevant employee's IT 41 should have date type 01 (as per the feature ENTRY) with a date value = service start date.  If the feature does not return a value, then the processing module (which uses the feature) will try to find start date using IT 0.
