Hi All,
I am not a SAP BASIS person, nor do i have BASIS team with me. So, please help resolve this error.
I have maintained icm/server_port_0 to PROT=HTTP, PORT=80<INSTANCE NUMBER>,TIMEOUT=60,PROCTIMEOUT=60. But still i am getting the error 'Invalid HTTP Configuration. Please contact your System administrator'
Every time system restarts , i get this error. i resolved this earlier by the above parameter, but now it is not working
i am have been through several threads, but could not resolve.
After this i did a ICM restart, through SMICM-> Administration-ICM->Exit Hard->Local. But this has not resolved, the error.
Every time system restarts, i get the error. Please help
Regards
plaban
Every time system restarts , i get this error
Does this mean that the error goes away, and after some time you can access the nwbc?
How much time?
And you do not need to take any action? It goes away on its own?
In addition, please attach the "dev_icm" trace to this thread (there is an option to attach the file itself).
Regards,
Isaías

Please execute SMICM transaction and press shift + F1. What is the output you see?

Hello Plaban,

hi Palaban,
You need to add this parameter in your instance profile.
icm/server_port_0 to PROT=HTTP, PORT=80<INSTANCE NUMBER>,TIMEOUT=60,PROCTIMEOUT=60
In order to make it effective permanently.
As your changing the http port in SMICM, Every time system restarts it get deactivated.
So for permanent change go to Transaction RZ10--> Select your instance profile <SID>_DVMBGSXX_<hostname>.
Then Select "Extended Maintenance" and once your in add this parameter.
Once added you need to restart your sap.
Then try to check the NWBC again.
Refer below guide for more info.
Also do provide the screenshot of issue which your seeing.
Regards,
Ram
Do you have conflicting port?
NWBC url is http://<fqdn>:80$$/sap/bc/nwbc
