How can I get all of the work orders,  within a certain date range to drop in IW38.  I need every WO for the next 30 days for scheduling and only the ones that have been called are showing?

Hello Rodney,

In IW38 only called objects will show, because when a schedule is called then only it becomes an Order and this tcode is to display list of Orders. For your requirement you need tocde IP19 or IP24. Following are the screen-shots of these tcodes for Daily plan scheduled for 30 days. Because the cycle start date was given as 01.10.2015 and it is scheduled today, the Orders have been called upto 17th (Scheduled called category, which only will show in IW38. Rest you will see in these tcodes only. (ScheduledWaiting category)

IP19

There is graphical option also in IP19 to see the above scheduling with different icons for different statuses.

IP24

Hope this was your query.

Hi Rodney,

In IW38, you can setup the variant for the fields From / To Period with the variant attribute dynamic date selection for 30 days.

Also you can choose created date for the Orders to be listed out.

I dont understand your below information, what is your expectation ?

only the ones that have been called are showing?

When i go into IW38 i fill in the "date Range" under order selection and i fill in my plant number.  When i execute it brings up my work orders that are automatically created by a maintenance plan.

But, what i know is I have maintenance plans that generates work orders weekly and if I put in for the next 30 days in the date range it will only bring up 1 set of weekly work orders even though i know there are 3 more sets that should drop within that date range.

Hi Rodney,

Do you have differentiation in Maintenance plan like Sort field or any other data.

If you have the list of Maintenance plans / Items then you use this in IW38 with date restriction, will give the orders.
