GRC AC 10.1 - Search request screen not returning results for access request

Hello

We are currently configuring AC 10.1 and came across an issue with our search request option. No results appear when I click the Search button in the search request screen for the access request approval workflow. The weird thing is they appeared two days ago then suddenly stopped. In addition, the results appear for other process IDs (e.g. fire fighter log report review workflow, function approval workflows). I confirmed with basis no notes have been applied that may impact it nor is any custom ABAP coding occurring at the moment.

Has anyone ever had an issue with no results being returned when they did previously? Below are a few screen shots to show what I'm seeing. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Stacey,

Can you confirm if there is any data in GRACREQ table?

If the data exists then can you check the personalization settings of Access request search screen if there are any settings changed.

Hi,

Could you put a trace in ST05, to find all the tables used to fetch the access requests. Thereafter, in SE16, check these tables, for any existing entry

Hi,

Take a help of ABAP developer.He will help you to find the issue through debugging.I'm unable to help you due to no access to system. .

Hint:

1) Right click on search screen & in technical settings, you will get the webdynpro component associated with search screen.

2)Open that Webdynpro component and navigate to respective view and in search button action by activating the external break-point you can debug/find the issue.
