    Hi Mariel,

I think I know this issue. Could you confirm if you are performing the support package stack update
or a release upgrade or ehpi?

If its a support package stack update then it should not ask for export DVD. In this case, since SUM
determines upgrade mode (dvd are asked based on upgrade mode) by the stack.xml , I would say something is wrong with stack.xml . If if this is the case then please provide the details about the
product instances which are assign in Solution Manager system . I have seen cases with few customer where they assigned "SAP Netweaver 7.4 on Suite" for a EHP7 system which is not correct. Due to this DVD tag was added to stack.xml file and export DVD was asked by the SUM tool since it
detected wrong upgrade mode due to issue with stack.xml

    Thank you.

      Hi Gaurav,

My issue has been solved already and yes it's the Product Assignment in LMDB which was causing the issue. 😊 At first, the Netweaver product version assigned was SAP NW AS ABAP 7.4 FOR SUITE and SAP NW ABAP 7.4 FOR OOEM 1.0, which was incorrect. I had it corrected by removing the 2 above and updated LMDB for my system to SAP NETWEAVER 7.4. After recalculating the stack file, the DVD part didn't appear anymore. 😊

      Thanks so much!

    Hello,

Can you please try with reducing path characters within 24 words limits. (Note : "/" also counted as  word)

    Regards,

    Sahil
