Success Factors: exit

Hi there,

If there is a difference/gap between 2 dates on the Termination screen, can this trigger a change to the employment status of an employee?

Further elaborating on theĀ  question. Workflows in the exit process are triggered by the event reason that is selected. But is it also possible to trigger the workflows based on the value of the fields? So using event derivation?

Thanks

Mani -Normally in SF business exit process employee status should be inactive

For date difference if termination date is today,SF event reason will show tomorrow ,because emp FF and other reason date will reflect tomorrow.

1-Coming to the workflows if need we can trigger WF for field wise

2 - Normally in standard process Hiring and Exit process we are we sending email alerts (Cc Role) for HR,Manager, Finance departments.

3 -For field wise we need to create Rule

4-For Approvers and CC Roles we need to maintain in under Workflow ID

For transactions that are initiated from Update Employee Records, Change Employment Information, Job Information and/or Compensation Information, two options are offered.
