How to display Sales Order on Requested Delivery Date in SNP Data View?

Hello Gurus,

I am trying to find a way to display sales orders on requested delivery date in SNP Data View. This will be helpful for sales orders which have a current Availability date but past due Requested delivery date where i need to make macro calculations based on RDD. I appreciate your thoughts and inputs.

I am able to see the RDD of sales orders in RRP3. I don't need the Sales Orders Key Figure by itself showing on RDD in Data View but a time series value on the RDD works as well.

Did you try right click on the sales order quantity in planning book and further selecting display details?

Yes. It only shows Availability / Requirements Date but not the Delivery Date.

Hi Abhishek

In SAP standard you don´t bring the requested delivery date into SNP system.

If you really require to bring it, it would be customization to CIF sales order structure.

You can add additional fields in the CIF interface which brings requested delivery date via CIF.

Once you bring this field via CIF, you can also extend the /SAPAPO/RRP3 view to show this information in RRP3.

In our case we have brought Customer information and showing it in RRP3.

To be honest, if this is just nice to have requirement I would not go for such a big customization.

Amol,

SAP standard does bring Delivery date into SNP. It can be viewed in RRP3 view as well. To add, the sales order along with its schedule line information in APO is available in tables as well. I am trying to find options on getting this into a data view as time series value.

If I am correct, the date what we see in SNP is the material available date i.e. MBDAT which you get after ATP check and as I understood you want to see original requested delivery date from the customer. 

Can you be kind and confirm which date you want to see ?

In SNP Data View, everything shows up on MBDAT which is standard. I would like to display sales order in a Data View on its original Requested Delivery Date.

Exactly and this I think it´s not possible via standard CIF. You require to do some enhancements  in CIF or bring the sales orders in APO BW and load into time series KF.
