Workflow Emails

Hi All

While running Workflow & releasing emails through RSWUWFML2 we are getting following error-

I have tried two different workflows & in both workflows the emails failed. It seems we are missing something on workflow side.

Even the emails are not showing in SOST.

a) SMTP node is in use.

b) The emails are releasing externally.

Pls advice how to resolve this issue with Tcode/path.

Hello,

RSWUWFML2 is obsolete. But anyway, does it work if you start the Test workflow in SWU3?

What happens if you run RSWUWFML2 manually? Try debugging it.

The emails are now coming to SOST. I think basis team cleared buffer.

Ask Basis what buffer it was, how they cleared it and how to avoid this in future.

Some tips:

- try sending an external email yourself from SBWP. If that works, there's a problem on the workflow side

- check that WF-BATCH has an email address configured in SU01

Emails are going externally. So it looks SCOT should be fine. WF-Batch user has no email address in Dev, Quality & PRD. It is working in Dev & Production but not Quality. I tried two different workflows but same issue.

Any other option.
