Retriving workitem receivers from a executed workitem

Hi,

Can anyone please guide me to get workitem receivers after it gets executed.

Or

is there any badi or exit that is called just before or just after the workitem is executed so that I can fetch workitem receivers from table 'SWWUSERWI'

before it gets deleted after execution.

Please suggest asap.

Regards,

Soumya

    Hello,

Best thing to do is to store the users in the workflow by evaluating the agents in a separate step.

But that won't cover the case in which it gets forwarded.

    regards

    Rick

You can save the workitem receivers to the workflow container (create a relevant container element and binding) how ever this is complicated and hard to retrieve.

There are UE that can be added in the workflow builder task, see for example Program Exits In SAP Workflows.

However, What is the need for this data? although workitem receivers are not stored after it is executed If the workitem was forwarded or event started by a user this data is stored in the logs (the only possible problem could be with substitution).
