CNS41 report layout Transport to Production

Hello All,

Want your inputs on the CNS41 report layout transport to Production.

I have created new Displayed field profile in OPTU transaction and updated that in OPSL - Overviews transaction so that it will be defaulted when CNS41 is executed.

However I could not able to transport it to next systems. OPSL has buttons such as INclude in request. When clicked on it, it says

Entry flagged for inclusion in task

Message No. SV098

However it does not give any popup for the TR so could not be able to save in the TR.

I thought that it might need to do directly in Production however Security team is not approving Extended Authorization for CZ activity and telling that it should be transported.
