GRC App want's to log in to wrong client

Hi Experts,

We are trying to implement a Fiori Access Approver(GRC) app.

We have a gateway and a Backend GRC system.

The Launchpad and the App works fine in Internet explorer 8, but when we try any other platform like mobile phone or any other web browser we get an error.

When we try to launch the app, a  logon screen appears, we can't logon with any user pswd combination, and we hit cancel we get the following error screen.

The RFC connection is ok tested, the roles are ok double checked, logon logoff fix in Ushell checked many times.

The GW 000 is connected to GRC 100.

The app want's to log in to Client 100, however the launchpad is running on 000.

Any ideas to solve this problem?

HI David;

Have you fixed the client in SM59 for GRC System.

If not fill it with the value 100.

When you test the connection from there (SM59) or do remote login does it go to correct client.

Hi Sarbjeet,

The SM59 settings are fine to both directions. I even get the data for the counter on the GRC App Tile, but when we start the app it wants auth again.
