Success Factors - Recruitment - Work Eligibility field

Hi All,

I am currently having an issue with the Work Eligibility field on Candidate Profile, the field has a picklist assigned to it (workRights), but User is not able to edit/change same. It is only appearing in read only mode and says "no selection". Please let me know what can be wrong with it. The XML looks fine to me.

FYI I am checking Template : Edit Job Requisition Application Template

Hi All,

Any inputs please!!, the templates are same in Both DEV & QUALITY, but it works in Dev and not in the later. The templates are same, there has been no change!!!

Please help!!
