No records selected error KE30

Hi,

We are unable to execute report KE30 in SAP EHP7 environment. Getting error as No records selected. We have given selection in general selection parameter as fiscal year, from & to period, version, company code, plan/actual indicator. We have checked all the COPA tables values are flowing. Even we checked KE24 line item tables, values are there. Only in KE30 report we are not able to see the output. One more thing if we take key figure schemes values can be seen in key figures but no format can be seen. We dont want key figures schemes and hence deleted.  Please advice.

Hi,

Let me know one thing, how you have created the COPA Report.

With Form (or)

Without Form

Please do not mention any constrains in the selection of characteristics in KE32.

Please check the Output Type in KE32:

Please check the following:

Check your derivation rules: KEDE

Check the Value flow in KEAT

Please try these combinations....

Hi,

Share your KE30 Report screen...and Share the elements in form....KE35 screen also.

Share your Form screen in detail...

By mentioning the General data selection/ Characteristics we cannot get the copa report.

Check your value fields in KE35...Have you mentioned the required value fields there....???

You need to mention the value fields as per the requirement.

Reasons for Not executing the report:

You may have values in copa tables but such  value fields you might have missed out in your form.

This option of COPA form also checked. Value fields relevant to billing are there.

Hi Varsha,

From the screenshots things seem to be fine.

1) Do you have HANA as a Side Car? If so see if it up and running.

2) Have you checked KE24 with the same Parameters as used in KE30 report.

KE24 showing all the line items. No we don't have HANA
