Hi All,
Good day, please can you tell for Outbound Pick denial Process if the Product is unable in the bin during picking can system propose a new respective bin for the same product in RFUI.
Is this Possible in Standard or we have to work on the enhancement.
Please let me know your thoughts for the same.
Regards,
Rahull
Hi Alex,
I have check the same but dont find any errors for the same.
Please let me know if any configure am missing for the same.
One More Question (Can We clear the Queue from SLG1 like we do in SMQ2 and SMQ1)
BIDF (Full pick denial): this is when the picker can not access the bin at all. He confirms the bin and enters this exception. The system creates a new WT from another bin (if one can be found).
BIDP (partial pick denial). The picker can only find a partial quantity. He enters the quantity and the exception, then there is an additional screen where the difference is shown. After confirm this, another WT is created for the missing quantity (if another bin is available).
The Business Context in standard is TPI (confirm WT picking), and the standard Step is 05 (Prod. WT on Source bin), that should be ok.
I have tried the below scenario
Created a Product XXX and posted a stock of 1 each respective bin raised a order for 2 and during picking from first bin which is short of 1 quantity system should propose new bin which has to pick 1 more quantity using exception code BIPD but not happening please HELP!!!
Hope the scenario make sense
Cheers,
BRAD!!!

Rahul,
Follow the below steps for Pick denial exception code.
1) Create Exception code ( Ex, ZIDF)
2) Define exception code
Maintain Business context as "TPT- Confirm WT (Stock removal)
Exec step as 02 or 05 (Based on confirmation of "product/ HU WT)
3) Maintain Process parameters
Place "BIDF" in Int.proc.code field
choose "Difference storage bin" in diff cat field.
4) Delivery adjustment in case of difference &
Choose item type as **** (so that it can use for all item types)
Choose " 0001" process code
Choose "Adjust with difference Qty" in adjust WR field.
Hi Alex

Hi,
if you have activated the standard exception codes from the BC sets, it should work.
There are actually two codes for this scenario:
BIDF (Full pick denial): this is when the picker can not access the bin at all. He confirms the bin and enters this exception. The system creates a new WT from another bin (if one can be found).
BIDP (partial pick denial). The picker can only find a partial quantity. He enters the quantity and the exception, then there is an additional screen where the difference is shown. After confirm this, another WT is created for the missing quantity (if another bin is available).
The Business Context in standard is TPI (confirm WT picking), and the standard Step is 05 (Prod. WT on Source bin), that should be ok.
Brgds
Juergen
Note: what you should add in both exception codes is the workflow WT02, to create a PI document to check the quantities, otherwise nothing happens with the bins.
