PPDS Schedule Sequence manually heuristic: Missing fields

Hello Experts:

I am trying to execute the heuristic "schedule sequence manually" in my Dev system and I am seeing that many of the columns are blank such as product, product description, setup groups etc. I am suspecting that it may have something to do with the livecache? Any pointers or suggestions regarding how to troubleshoot this one ?

Hello,

It could be due to incorrect synchronization between orders in LiveCache

In detailed scheduling planning board, the data of the loaded orders or operations must be read by the liveCache. Do the consistency check through Om17

For setup matrix Execute report /SAPAPO/MATRIX_TO_LC_SEND.

Check buffering is active in table /SAPAPO/VXMPARAM

Also try to execute the DS board with  small selection.
