I have the following scenario in my mind , please help me to achieve the same using Thing Modeler Ui.

Assume that we have a package A which has a dependency on other package B.

How can we add the Properties to a thing type of package A which are properties Set type of package B.

Because in add property dialog we get the properties which are available in the current package ie. package A but not from the package we have dependency on ie package B.

You have to use postman for such a setup – the thing modeler does not support yet the notion of dependent packages as described here: https://uacp2.hana.ondemand.com/viewer/350cb3262cb8496b9f5e9e8b039b52db/1.25.0.0/en-US/df998695fbb94248bdf52ab1a6a6452b.html

With postman and the postman interceptor you can make rest calls to the iot application enablement apis. It does make sense for you to build up a library of requests there also for testing purposes.
