Hi Experts,
I have a scenario where employees are replicated from ECC via PI to C4S. We have not used the HR organization structure but created service organization structure in C4S and assigned employees in the organization units. Those employees are service agents who uses ticketing system. Once the employee update flows in C4S from ECC for service agents ( employees ) , the employees are getting removed from the organization unit assignment . We had to do the assignments again.
Has anyone faced the same issue ? Any help will be very much appreciated.

The employee replication is unidirectional from SAP ERP to SAP Cloud for Customer. This means that once employee replication is enabled, you cannot create or modify employee data in SAP Cloud for Customer.

Our issue is slightly different. Employees are flowing in from ECC to C4S correctly. But as per the design and discussion with SAP product team we are not replicating org model. A delta of employees i.e the service agents are assigned to the service org model created in C4S. The for any delta replication for those employees are removing them from the org model ..
