Visualizations locked/greyed out after update to Lumira Desktop 1.28.4

Hello together, I have some issues after updating Lumira from 1.27.1 to 1.28.4. (I uninstalled the old one and installed afterwards the new one) All data sources and projects are still present, but after the update I’m not able open my visualizations, created in the previous version. I’m able to see them, but I can’t open them. Feels like they are “locked” or "greyed out". Does someone have the problem too? Or does someone know how to fix that? Regards, Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Since its fresh install and not an update. Can you try deleting the .sapvi folder in your %USERPROFILE% and then restart Lumira to see if it can take your saved lums file.

Thank you very much.

This has helped me. After deleting the files, the visualizations work again.

That is strange; have you tried refreshing the data source?  What happens then?

I have tried to refresh: While it is refreshing, the colors of the visualization are not greyed out. But after the refresh is done, all are greyed out again.
