Fiori Offline Ipad App

We are working on a Project where we have backend database in Microsoft SQL Server and we want to built a Fiori Application on HANA Cloud Platform with offline capability.

As per my analysis currently we can use HCPms to built the offline feature on SAP Fiori. The offline APIs exposed in HCPms requires Odata Service provider on the backend.

Can anybuddy please tell me if HCPms offline API is compatible with only OData Service or is there any other way.

    Hi Vivek,

HCPms supports offline only if the backend data is exposed as Odata.

In SMP 3(on premise) the Integration Gateway component helps to convert non Odata to Odata.

But in HCPms we don't have that feature or you have to use any third party libraries to create Odata from a non Odata protocol.
