Unable to upload document in Employee File Management

Dear All,

Please suggest where to check the maximum number fo documents that can be uploaded under each folder in the EFM folder structure since I am getting the "Upload" tab disabled while uploading a document under "Training -> Other Course Certificates" folder.

Employee File Management is by Opentext? are you using opentext?

Hi Siddharth,

Yes we are using Open Text. Not able to understand why the upload button is disabled in production system as I analysed in preproduction system that user can upload multiple documents for that subfolder with no limitation. Also noticed that same user had earlier uploaded 7 or 8 documents under the same folder and did not have any issue.

Did you check whether same kind of authorization profile allocated on production server too for the same user?
