HI Pradeep,
Have you check there is the unique scenario with issues?, are you sure the system is not restarting?, ask to your basis team. Also, like other SCN members said, the problem seems to be in the payload, take the payload and try to test on the quality system, compare the problematic payloads with the others that go successfully.

Hello Hari/Liszy ,
Actually this issue is arising mostly one/two times in a week, rest of the days data is updated successfully in ECC production .If there is any issue in target field or code, data should not be updated ever.
Regards
Pradeep

Yes, thats right. Even face the issue everyday randomly. When the same message is again reprocessed, it is getting through successfully. If it is related to payload, then it should always fail.
PFB error:
Short dump occurred when executing message in qRFC queue "": Date/time 30.06.2023 08:31:46, user "", runtime error: Logon failed
Hello Pradeep,
Extract the XML and provide to ABAPer to debug the server proxy.from SPROXY in ECC system.
You should arrive to the dump reason.
Thanks.

Hi Pradeep,
it seems like the message failed during inbound processing because of missing target fields. I would suggest to check your proxy on ECC side which fields are necessary and mandatory for a correct message.
Kind regards
Claudia
