stop Proxy from caching

what is the use of the proxy ? Is there any method for preventing the proxy from caching from the EP ?

Hi,

there're some properties in the J2EE Engine that control client-side caching. This should also work for the portal, as the portal must be using the underlying HTTP communication infrastructure. See <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/15/e27d927294054e92748f3ce149c976/frameset.htm">this</a> page in the docs for more info about the properties.
