Collaboration portal Performance

Hello All,

We are using TMS9.1 at SP07 version with collaboration portal (NW7.4 version).

We have recently implemented

2176358 - Collaboration Portal: Time-dependent cache reset (back end)

2176359 - Collaboration Portal: Time-dependent cache reset (front end)

2180889 - Collaboration Portal: HTTP request failed when accepting invoice or creating dispute

But we are still experiencing the performance issue in production. When the carriers login from the external link , portal takes lot of time to load the screen. When we installed the same in quality we didn't experience such issues.

Did anyone experience such issue?

Any advise will be really appreciated.

Hi Anand,

please also implement the following two SAP Notes:
2171017 - Collaboration Portal: Start of portal is slow

2169824 - Collaboration Portal: Start of portal is slow

If the performance is still not acceptable, please create a customer incident.

Hello Jan,

Thanks alot. We had implemented many OSS notes, will check if this was implemented or not. I had been working with some of SAP colleagues who had also advised to do many OSS notes after we upgraded TMS and portal , however we haven't seen much improvement.

We will check these notes , hope it helps.

When we tried to implement 2 suggested notes in dev server then we found these notes are in status "Cannot be Implemented".

2171017 - Collaboration Portal: Start of portal is slow

2169824 - Collaboration Portal: Start of portal is slow

Any idea? We will raise customer message.

Hi Anand,

the SAP Notes tell you that they are only valid until SP07. That's why they cannot be implemented. With SP07, you already have these corrections.

Dear Jan,

I had asked my team to check on this.

What is the way forward from here, carriers are not able to accept the RFQ as portal is very slow. It is almost like not having the collaboration portal. No one in business is happy about it.
